Figures show that 10 % of 3-17 year olds have some form of mental distress. As a mum of two and a passionate advocate of giving children tools to help them thrive, I believe that Mindfulness and Meditation techniques are a powerful way to help, not only children with their big feelings, but the adults around them too.

Hi! I'm Tamsin and I know how desperate you feel when you don't know what to do as your child goes into melt-down, or when they get embarrassed, paniky or even physically sick with worry.
When a child is anxious, their body often goes into "fight or flight" mode, where the nervous system is on danger alert. This response can feel overwhelming, but there are natural ways to help your child move out of this heightened state and find calm. I'm here to give you and your child life-long mindfulness tools & techniques that you can implement straight away and practice every day as a family.
I am a Breathworks practitioner, a Ziva Meditator and Ambassador, and I trained with Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP) in 2021.

Amazing!!! Thank you so much for helping us. He went in to school ok and just mentioned on the walk what if he gets a tummy ache, I told him to just breathe deeply like you showed him and like we did last night and I said you know that worked. He came out of school full of beans, so excited!! He had a great day was fine all day except on the coach on the way, he said his tummy started feeling funny so he started deep breathing straight away and it went away without getting worse!!! He said it happened one more time and he did the same and it worked 🙂 I'm so proud of him!! He was fine for the rest of the day and all the way home 🙂 he told his teaching assistant all about you and what you taught him.
