EXPERIENCE

Hi! I'm Tamsin and the concept of "MindfulnesSing" was born out of my love for, and success as, a singer-songwriter, and a deep desire to help my own children through the uncertainty of the pandemic. I am a Breathworks practitioner, a Ziva Meditator and Ambassador, and I trained with Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP) in 2021. This was when I founded MindfulnesSing – to educate children in school and at home with their families about the benefits of mindfulness for anxiety. I use the definition of mindfulness as ‘the magic is within THIS moment’. Noticing what’s going on inside your body and brain as a response to internal and external factors. My service includes teaching mindfulness practices, breathwork, brain responses and meditation with the aid of my voice and singing bowls. I provide live group coaching, workshops and digital assets such as, ebooks and posters. The main benefits that children (of all ages) gain is an understanding of the principals of mindfulness, the connection to our voices and our brains, and techniques to use everyday. I mainly cater for schools, online coaching for parents with children and holistic settings such as mind body spirit festivals. I consider the core values of the business are generosity, kindness, courage, love and fun. I believe MindfulnesSing contributes to the well-being and personal growth of my customers.

I truly believe that children are our greatest teachers and it's a privilege to be able to give them techniques and tools to help them cope and thrive within the pressures of todays world.

Having taught in schools for the past few years I can see the benefits that a Mindfulness Practice can have on our children.

And as parents we have the opportunity to grow together.
